 How to cancel your order:

You can send a cancel request on sales2@casaami.in and the order will be canceled if it has not been shipped. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. 

Returns and Refunds:

Our return policy is flexible and designed to provide maximum customer satisfaction. You can return or exchange the order within 3 days of delivery of the product. 

We take 5-7 business days after we have received back the product

We welcome changes given the following circumstances:

• If you have received a wrong product

• If your identify a manufacturing defect on the received product

• If the product is received in a damaged condition
