How to cancel my order?
You can send a cancel request on sales2@casaami.in and the order will be canceled if it has not been shipped. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
How can I return or exchange my product?
Our return policy is flexible and designed to provide maximum customer satisfaction. You can return or exchange the order within 3 days of delivery of the product.
We take 5-7 business days after we have received the product to initiate a return/exchange. Email us at sales2@casaami.in
In what circumstances can I return or exchange my product?
We welcome changes given the following circumstances:
(1) If you have received a wrong product (2) If your identify a manufacturing defect on the received product (3) If the product is received in a damaged condition. We will not accept products that have been washed or used.
